AHG is an international, dynamic hospitality company which owns, co-owns, leases, operates and develops full-service upscale, upper upscale and lifestyle hotels, self-catering holiday apartment complexes and campsites primarily in Croatia, Germany, Austria, Hungary and Serbia. In addition to operating and developing its own brands, Arena Hotels & Apartments® and Arena Campsites®, through our majority shareholder PPHE Hotel Group Limited (‘PPHE Hotel Group’ or ‘PPHE’) AHG has the exclusive right to operate and develop the international Park Plaza® brand in 18 countries in the Central and Eastern European region (the ‘CEE region’) and to manage certain art’otel® branded properties, enabling us to further grow our presence. As part of the expanded cooperation with the Radisson Hotel Group, PPHE has secured access to the entire range of Radisson Hotel Group brands, including the Radisson Collection, and has the right to sublicense them to AHG. AHG is thereby enabled to exploit the leading market brands of the Radisson Hotel Group in various market segments, in addition to its existing activities in the high-end and lifestyle hotel segment.
We at AHG and our subsidiaries (hereinafter together: “Arena”, “we”, “our”, “us”) are dedicated to protecting the privacy of all persons whose personal data we collect (hereinafter: “you”, “your”).

Please note that when you are making reservations via Radisson web pages, when you are staying at accommodation facilities that we operate and which are licensed to use one of the Radisson Hotel Group brands, as well when you are participating in the loyalty program “Radisson Rewards”, your personal data may also be processed by the Radisson Hotel Group as follows:
- Radisson Hospitality Belgium SRL is the Radisson entity acting as data controller for all Reservation Data and Guest Data; it is responsible for the Radisson central reservation system and manages Radisson’s marketing activities. It also maintains a global database of guests who (have) stay(ed) in hotels under a Radisson brand. As we are part of the PPHE Hotel Group, PPHE Hotel Group may process your personal data during the reservation process, check-in and check-out process and the course of your stay in accommodation facilities that we operate and which are trading under the “Park Plaza” brand and “art’otel” brand and/or during your use of certain bars, restaurants, spas, leisure facilities and activities, and related hospitality services.
Park Plaza Hotels (UK) Services Ltd, (“PPHE Hotel Group”) is a company registered in the United Kingdom with company number 06255890 and whose registered office is at County Hall -Riverside Building 2nd Floor, Belvedere Road, London, England, SE1 7GP (personal data can currently be freely transferred from the European Union to the United Kingdom under the same level of protection as that guaranteed by European Union law). The term “PPHE Hotel Group” shall include Park Plaza Hotels Europe B.V. 34178306 and whose registered office is at Motion Building 9th Floor, Radarweg 60, 1043 NT Amsterdam, The Netherlands and every other company which from time to time is or becomes their affiliate.

We would like to point out that derogations to application of Radisson Hotel Group and PPHE Hotel Group policies are possible if necessary, in order for AHG and its subsidiaries to comply with local regulations when operating certain Radisson Hotel Group and/or PPHE Hotel Group branded accommodation facilities.
