Analytical and advertising tools
The Company uses analytical and advertising tools on its Internet pages. Below is more detailed information about individual tools.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a tool for monitoring and analyzing traffic on websites and from applications. Each time a user visits a website, the tracking code will collect pseudo-anonymous data about how that user interacted with the webpage. The collected data helps to understand the needs of users and to personalize the user experience and to offer relevant advertising. Google Analytics collects first-party cookies, device/browser-related data, IP address, and website/app activity to measure and report statistical information about user interactions on websites and/or apps that use Google Analytics . In this way, we obtain, for example, information about how many users have visited our Websites, what visitors search for most on the Website, information about language settings, browser types (e.g. Chrome or Safari) and about the device and operating system in which the Internet browser is running.

Google advertising (Google Ads)
Google Ads is an online advertising solution that enables the promotion of products and services on Google search, YouTube and other websites. In this way, new users can be reached while they search on Google for words related to the Company or browse websites with related topics. When users search using words and phrases selected by the Company as keywords, the Company's advertisements may appear next to or above the search results. When a user visits a site or sees an ad that uses Google tools, either on Google services or on other websites and applications, various cookies may be sent to the user's browser. Cookies can be used for a number of purposes, for example to prevent users from being shown the same ad over and over again, to detect and stop click fraud, and to show ads that are likely to be more relevant (for example, ads based on the web locations visited by the user).

Google Enhanced Conversion
We use conversion tracking as part of the Google Ads tool. If you clicked on an ad placed by Google and agreed to the placement of marketing cookies via a banner on the Company's Website, conversion tracking cookies will be set that contain information about the interaction and a unique identifier for the user or click on the ad that led the user to the Company's Website. In this way, Google and we can track the number of users who clicked on the posted ad and were then redirected and visited the Company's website.

https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/93148?hl=en&ref_topic=3119146&sjid=17141915359519213592-EU
The Company also uses an extension called "Enhanced
Conversions" as part of the Google Ads tool. Enhanced Conversions is a feature that can improve the accuracy of conversion measurement. It supplements existing conversion tags by sending hashed first party conversion data from the Company's Website to Google in a privacy safe way. Data is collected if the user is logged in to a Google account and views the Company's ad available through the Google channel and then makes a conversion (e.g. reservation) on the Company's Website. The conversion tracking tags capture the fields marked for monitoring on the Company's website (eg first and last name, email address, home address or telephone number). The feature uses a secure one-way hashing algorithm called SHA256 on the first party customer data, such as email addresses, before sending to Google. The hashed data is then used to match customers to Google accounts, which were signed-in to when they engaged with one of Company’s ads.
You can find more about Enhanced Conversions at the following links About conversion tracking https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/1722022 and How Google uses conversion event data https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/93148?hl=en&ref_topic=3119146&sjid=2549289322284761047-EU
Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads)
Microsoft Advertising is an online advertising platform developed by Microsoft. After users enter words, i.e. "keywords" in search engines such as Bing, Yahoo, AOL, the Company's advertisements appear in the search results if they match the keywords specified by the Company. If the user clicked on the ad and accepted marketing cookies in the settings when visiting the Company's Website, cookies are stored on the device. Through these cookies, the Company can track how many users have visited the Company's Website after clicking on an ad, and in addition, they are used to track visitors to multiple websites in order to display a relevant ad based on the visitor's preferences.
